Meet our Early Learning Specialists
Joyce Lee
Joyce has been working in the field of early learning for 32 years as a community developer, infant toddler and preschool teacher, college instructor, trainer, assessor, and coach. Joyce started her work as an undergrad at UC Davis in communication and Education and continued graduate studies in Educational Psychology and Human Development. While being a part of the West Sacramento Home Run since the beginning, Joyce values the relationships that she has been able to build with diverse providers as well as the opportunity for community collaboration. Providers' creativity, dedication, and resilience inspire Joyce to continue to reflect, grow and connect professionally and personally.
Jaqueline Ramirez
Jaqueline has been part of the Home Run team for four years. With a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a passion for early childhood development, she specializes in supporting Spanish-speaking providers and ensuring they have equitable access to the resources, guidance, and support they need to thrive. Jaqueline is committed to strengthening early learning experiences and building meaningful connections with providers across our community.
