WEST SACRAMENTO PROMISE

Program Overview
Every West Sacramento resident who graduates from high school is automatically admitted to Sacramento City College. Full-time students can have their student fees paid through the West Sacramento College Promise Program for two years, with tuition covered for eligible students by the California College Promise or the Los Rios College Promise.

Studies show that College Promise programs lead to higher year-to-year college persistence rates and higher completion rates. That means more students earning a certificate or degree!

Determine Your Eligibility

  • Must be a current resident of West Sacramento.

  • Must enroll full time (12 units) at Sacramento City College within six months of graduation from the Washington Unified School District.
