Resonsibilities
Provides day-to-day support to the Director of Marketing and Communication in creation of social and web content as well as scheduling and formatting, flyers, website editing, newsletter creation and editing, blog/press release writing, support in market research, as well as any other administrative or organizational tasks. Assistance in larger marketing projects may be required.
Projects will vary based on current company needs but may include website edits (creation of new pages/links), press Release/blog post creation, market research projects, and larger ad creation.
You will be working in a one-person department with our Director of Marketing, who handles all projects and inquiries related to marketing or communications for all of our locations.
Students hired for this position will be hired through InternSource (a program of the not-for-profit The Community College Foundation) and will be employed by The Community College Foundation. Requirements
Applicants must be continuing students in, or June 2023 graduates of, the Washington Unified School District (WUSD) in West Sacramento, California. Applicants must be at least 16 years old by June 12, 2023 and have completed one course in a WUSD Career Technical Education pathway
