Mandatory Qualifications
Interns must be 16 years old by June 10th, 2024. River City High School students must have completed at least one course in one of WUSD’s Career Technical Education Pathways. View qualifying courses here. Yolo High School and Washington Middle College students must have a recommendation form filled out by a teacher or counselor. All participants must have also viewed an online informational session about the internships offered by the Home Run team. Responsibilities
Perform on-site administrative tasks for Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, as requested by the team to include but not limited to, scanning, chart review, research projects, welcoming clients, and more.
Help with clients while their parent is in session with the clinician. *Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work are required.
Abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc.
Conduct and regulate self in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.

Special Project
*Projects will include researching the local pediatricians in the area and reaching out to set up consultation calls.
*Researching our cancelation data and helping to determine any patterns or ideas for improvement.
*Assisting Administrative Assistant come up with office efficiency ideas.
Additional Information
*Please note that this position is outside of West Sacramento. Interns will need to find their own transportation to and from the worksite and weekly trainings.
